Confederate Army of Trans Mississippi Missouri battle flag
Often called the "Sterling Price Flag". These flags were originally made by New Orleans ladies. The Army of Trans Mississippi regiments from Missouri were apart from their state of Missouri. At the surrender of Vicksburg most of these flags were surrendered. Over 60,000 men from Missouri fought under this flag. Size: 36" x 54" 100% cotton fabric. The hoist (that part nearest the staff) is
sturdy cotton canvas - whipped eyelets and/or ties - components are
sewn, not printed on the fabric. I make my own flags; they are not mass
produced. They feel and look like an original. Consequently they cost
more than other "sewn component" flags which are "factory" made.
